Product note
The specified measurement performance of ZEISS coordinate measuring machines is achieved only when original ZEISS accessories are used. OMEGA 322 pallets are specifically designed for ZEISS measuring machines, probes, and clamping technology and are tested as a complete system. The use of pallets and clamping devices from unknown or non-certified manufacturers can negatively affect measurement accuracy, repeatability, and process stability.
The OMEGA 322 calibration palette enables the precise positioning of calibration elements such as rings and spheres at the center of the measurement range for maximum measurement accuracy. It features a central mounting point—which would otherwise only be possible at the edge—and allows for a reliable, automated calibration routine. The special hole pattern and recesses ensure flexible and precise securing of the calibration standards.
Reference elements are precisely positioned at the center of the measuring area to ensure maximum measurement accuracy.
A specialized hole pattern and recesses ensure that the standard parts are held securely in place.
Reference elements remain in the same position at all times, enabling reproducible calibration routines.
Complements the mounting options available for edge-mounted solutions.
Optimized for ZEISS instruments, it guarantees stable and reliable results
