Product note
ZEISS VAST XTR adapter plates support ZEISS VAST XTR and ZEISS VAST XTR gold sensors. Thanks to a built-in rotation axis, the new ZEISS VAST XTR gold probe always positions the probe in the direction of the feature to be measured. ZEISS VAST XTR gold is based on the design of the ZEISS VAST XT gold and is the ideal sensor for tactile scanning and single point measurements with long styluses in different directions. You can use styli with a length of up to 800 millimeters and a weight of up to 800 grams. This sensor is distinguished by its high scanning speeds. The compatibility of all machine components and software versions developed by ZEISS, including the original ZEISS adaptor plate, has been developed and tested in the laboratory. Only original ZEISS adaptor plate ensures and guarantees reliable operation
XTR adapter plates with M5 Pro dice are used on VAST/VAST Gold measuring sensors for both standard applications and as a basis for the M5 Pro elements. The sensor system can be rotated in 15° steps via the built-in rotation axis on the XTR measuring sensor. The M5 Pro system is based on a precisely fitting plug-in connection that guarantees reproducible and fast assembly as well as torsion-proof applications. Extensions and connections in all major axis directions can be adapted via the cube. For individual cubes, M5 per element can only be adapted on one side due to the through-bolt. For opposite or 90° adaptations, a double cube with offset bores is required.
M5 Pro adapter plate VAST XTR for all applications Use of standard and M5 Pro elements possible Rotationally adjustable in 15° steps Avoiding operator errors and incorrect measurements Reduced measurement time Quick probe change Future-proof with maximum performance Guaranteed machine and software functionality
