Product note
ZEISS rotary elements are specially developed for the high demands of production measurements. Their special design clearly distinguishes them from similar products on the market. The special tolerance combinations between the locating cones ensure maximum rigidity through a force AND form fit. In combination with the special arrangement of the 3 clamping screws, which pull the swivel into the holder, maximum torsion resistance is achieved without having to apply large clamping forces. This means that the swivel elements can be used several times in different angular positions without being damaged by the clamping.
Star elements with cone adapters allow an extremely flexible composition of star probes. The well thought-out design without interfering fastening screws allows measurement down to the bottom. Even if individual styli are damaged, the entire star stylus does not have to be realigned; only the damaged stylus has to be replaced. In combination with an M5 adapter, star styli for M5 systems can also be created.
